I am sooo glad we took the time to set up the lights in Dave’s garage. My only regret is that I did not spend more time in “the studio”. This is partly due to the 92 degree heat and high humidity, but also because I was just plain lazy. I wish I had shot many more of these – I absolutely love the results.

These “studio” shots are fun to work with. The Soft Boxes provide nice, smooth illumination. The white background makes it a cinch to get accurate color. A single click with PhotoShop’s White Balance Tool and BAM – perfect color. And since my subjects were already flawless, the only work I had to do was remove dozens of insects from the white background. 🙂
