This ridge is highest point in the area. In the background of the first picture you can see the Mississippi River. Andrew and Matthew, (Bob’s sons), are standing by a natural spring and the final pictures shows the valley behind his house…which we hiked down to….which we had to hike back up. Luckily, Bob got the tractor and picked up Andrew, Matthew and I about 1/2 way back to the top.
