A Good Day to Own a Camera

on

San Francisco’s Carnaval celebration is an eyeful! Women (and a few men) of all ages, shapes and colors get a chance to cut it loose and strut they stuff – much to the delight of this photographer! Oh my!

I had to deal with direct sunlight when shooting these, so I used the camera’s low contrast setting again. I am so pleased with the results that I think I’ll make this setting my default for any picture with human flesh in it. If you examine a few of these shots closely, I think you’ll agree that the flesh tones are very accurate. 🙂

Well, i vote for more butt photos, but then that’s just my preference, but where are the old gang and their butts? Such as Terra, Ellen, and dare I say the most infamous……….Amy?

I’m back from 2 weeks in SE Asia, so should be doing some blogging, and I’m sure you heard the news about Mark Downey. Gad.

I love San Francisco, it’s one of my favorite cities in the world.

But, when considering the subject “Carnival” the USA is completely LAME when it comes to its tolerance of what can be shown on the human body.

It’s like comparing Woodstock with Woodstock II, the second one being way too rigid, controlled and LAME as well.

That being said, they are lovely pics
